Moon light ski on January 22nd.

Hello dear members, I hope you are enjoying this beautiful snow as much as I am!! Thanks to our groomers, the trails are in fantastic conditions.
This is just a reminder that I will be hosting a moon light ski this coming Friday, Jan.22. We will meet at the Takkakaw falls parking area for 8:00pm. Everyone is welcome, I hope to see you all there, regards, Jessica.

Good as said is done

Joe did do the Connector, Tally-Ho & Kicking Horse– and only packed the Monarch Trail. Yoho Valley Road will have to wait till next week cause we still have to trailer all the equipment. Should still be plenty good though….enjoy.

Grooming in Yoho

Hans refreshed Emerald Trails yesterday and tomorrow–Joe is due to do trails–from Emerald– leading to Field and down the Kicking Horse. Should all be good for the weekend.

Skier Bob says it ALL !!!

Hi Marilyn,

Happy new year! I thought you might enjoy this http://skierbob.ca/2016/01/yoho-valley-road-trackset-today/

Bob

Yesterday –we skied the Alluvial Fan–had lunch at the back bench and then we were rewarded with warm sunshine for a half hour! It was like March! What a treat after that long cold spell. Trails are holding up at Emerald but need refreshing. Hans will get on that before the weekend–we think.
Our Connector trail is passable but high intermediate level–till we get another good dump of snow.
Thank you Bob–for the great write up and thank you Joe for the great trail.
And this morning–we woke up to wind!! Yoho Blow???
