Magical day out on the Tali-ho and Connector trail today! The trails are holding up great, wow!

2020 Yoho Challenge, another successful event!!!

Last weekend was the 3rd annual KHSC fundraiser. I would like to send a big thank you to all the volunteers who helped to make this happen and to all the keen skiers who participated! Joe and Flint groomed some amazing tracks out there and everyone was thrilled. Heather, Susan, Maggie, Denise, Lorraine and Marilyn, the baked goods were incredible! We were very lucky with the weather which was a big factor in participation rates. We had 85 skiers ranging from 12-80 years old (even a penguin showed up!) and raised approximately $1900.00 with donations for our club, Yahoo! It was a real pleasure for me to be part of it and to see all the smiles on skiers face as they skied the Yoho trails. Thank you very much everyone and we hope to make it happen again next year. Hello everyone,

I will be hosting a one hour Classic ski lesson on Friday Jan. 17th at 13:30pm. We will meet at the Great divide trail head on the Lake O’Hara side. All level welcome, I hope to see you there!

Moon light ski coming up on Feb.15th and Yoho Challenge on Feb.17th!

Get ready for a weekend of Nordic skiing!

We will start with a moon light ski on Feb.15th at 8:00pm at the Natural Bridge.

Followed by our Yoho Nordic challenge social ski on Feb.17th where we will meet at the Field Visitor center at 10:00am. Details on our website and skier bob website.

Everyone is welcome so let’s hope for some warmer weather and fresh snow.

Dear members,

We will be organizing our last moon light ski for the season on Feb.15th at 8:00 pm (location is to be determined closer to the day), everyone is welcome!

And because it was such a popular event, we will also will organize the Yoho Challenge on Feb.17th, this event is a social ski and fundraiser for the club and everyone is welcome (details to follow).
