March 10th, 2012 @ the Field Community Center. Doors open at 5 pm, dinner at 6 pm and a cash bar.

Artisan green salad – carrots, red onion, tomatoes, vinaigrette
Sweet cabbage salad – red cabbage, feta, sunflower seed, sesame vinaigrette

Main

Beef roast, horseradish, sweet potato puree, broccolini
Turkey, oven roasted stuffing, roasted baby potatoes, carrots, cranberry sauce

Vegetarian

Mediterranean pasta – Penne, feta, olives, fresh basil, tomatoes, capers
